Principals
Eric Fiedler
Eric has overseen the transactions and management of over $29 million in residential and commercial real estate from acquisition through to disposition. He owns and operates Vivant Senior Living, a portfolio of residential assisted living facilities located in Maitland, Florida. Eric serves on the City of Altamonte Springs Board of Zoning Appeals. He is a Florida Assisted Living Administrator. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Walla Walla University.
Taylor Paris
Taylor has worked in real estate and finance for more than 12 years. He has expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and project management. Taylor owns and operates Vivant Senior Living, a portfolio of residential assisted living facilities located in Maitland, Florida. In addition to co-founding Oak & Shield, Taylor worked at Florida Hospital in finance. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Taylor is a Florida Assisted Living Administrator and Realtor.
